Maldives Real Estate Investment Corporation Pvt Ltd (MREIC) is the FIRST and ONLY Real Estate Company in the Maldives . A 100% subsidiary company of Maldives Transport and Contracting Company Plc (MTCC), the longest serving Public Company in the Maldives with 60% shareholding of the Government.

While MREIC’s main objective is to be actively involved in real estate development, it is incorporated as a Wealth Management company as well. As this company has been established only in April 2007, it is presently looking for active and viable partnerships for investments. Meanwhile MREIC currently manages all the real estate related works of the buildings owned and under control of its parent company, MTCC.
